It's time to get out the map and decide the most appropriate course of action. Your coach will serve as your guide, using knowledge and experience to show you the safest, smartest, most expeditious route to your goals. Like any real-world scenario, the ‘best’ route from a to b is very seldom a straight line.
Monitor, assess, adjust
Even the best plans encounter resistance. Like an adventure in the backcountry, the variables of life are constantly changing. Your coach will help you assess your progress and provide with you feedback, course adjustments, and accountability to keep you moving in the right direction.

Committing to multi-month coaching is a fantastic way to allow both you and your coach to really focus on long-term results and building lasting habits. 3 months is the recommended minimum for individuals really seeking to get the most out of coaching.

Weekly check-ins are a great way to catalog your thoughts and progress through each week of training. They help you and your coach monitor and assess training.
Unlimited email communication
This is in-depth coaching. Ask questions. Get answers.
Weekly 15-min FaceTime
Communication and interaction is the hallmark of great online coaching. If you have a question from your week of training that you didn’t think could be communicated well through email, let's have a chat. If you don’t have a question, find one. Let's take a few minutes and talk about nutrition, sleep habits, and anything that’s on your mind.
